As an entrepreneur myself, I get what’s it like to have all these extra responsibilities without any help. Or, if you’re a control freak like me, it’s hard to trust another person to do as good a job as you.

Secret? I rarely took sick days off when I was teaching because of this exact worry! But, big picture: it’s super easy to get sidetracked with all this online stuff and lose focus of your true love – your business and why you started it.

I’m proud to offer different levels of assistance for all my clients, from consulting & researching to complete hands on help. Depending on what you need and what budget you’re working with, we can always work something out.

I set up hourly retainers, or a bank of pre-paid hours for my clients’ projects for a number of reasons:

• 1. Some projects are quick and only require 5-10 hours
  2. Transparency about the amount of time a task actually takes is important for me to earn your trust
  3. Sometimes, you may need a hand with a few extra things beyond the scope of the original work contracted for. If I’m able to accommodate these extra requests, it’s a lot easier for both of us to add a few more hours to the bank rather than renegotiating an entire contract.
